All orders subject to acceptance by SupplyWorks.

Minimum Order, $75.00

Orders less than $75.00 are subject to a handling fee of $7.50.


We gladly accept credit card, check, purchase order, or money order for payment.

Net 30 days. A 1% discount is allowed if your payment is postmarked within 10 days from Date of Invoice. Discount is not applied to orders paid by credit card. Invoices not paid according to terms are subject to monthly service charges of 1% per month (which is an annual percentage rate of 12%). Future orders are subject to a hold status if previous invoices are not paid within 30 days.

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Purchase Orders and Government Procurement Cards Accepted.

All C.O.D. charges are incorporated in your SupplyWorks invoice. Please pay any C.O.D. or UPS charges included on your SupplyWorks invoice total.

Your local and state taxes shall be paid by the buyer unless an exemption certificate is on file with SupplyWorks.


To assist you in the control of your budget, we show the most current pricing upon log-in. However, unavoidable cost increases from the manufacturer or other sources may occur. In these instances, price adjustments may be necessary. If a price or additional fee is to change, we will make every effort to notify you of the change at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct typographical and pricing errors without notice.

Backorder Policy

We attempt to ship all orders complete. In the event of backorders, however, we will ship at our option. Please advise if you do not accept backorders.

Product Shipments and Delivery

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $350.00 WITHIN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. Orders under $350.00 and orders shipped outside continental U.S. are shipped F.O.B. from your nearest SupplyWorks Distribution Center. 2nd Day Air service orders are subject to a $19.00 handling charge. NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE for an additional charge; contact customer service for details. Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer as per standard rates of the carrier used. Actual shipping charges will be based on package weight. All orders exceeding the 150 lb. limit will be shipped via truckline.

In-Stock items are shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern-Standard Time will be shipped the same business day. Certain items are regionally stocked and may require additional shipping time.

We ship by dependable United Parcel Service (UPS) and LTL. Approximate delivery times are based on UPS shipping zones. Orders shipped by express or priority services will have a service charge added to include handling and insurance. Residential deliveries are charged at a higher rate. We also deliver to rural route addresses, but only if you include your phone number with your order.

UPS will then call you to make arrangements for delivery. UPS will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Select markets ship via SupplyWorks local trucks; contact customer service for details. While we continually strive to control the expense of shipping products in an environment of volatile cost, we reserve the right to adjust freight charges accordingly. Delivery is contingent on government regulations, strikes and other circumstances beyond our control.

Will Call Availability

Place your order and pick-it-up at our warehouse counter. In-stock products are available for pick-up within 1 hour from order placement.

Claims, Returns, Defects & Damage

Claims: Claims for shortage and damages from shipping must be made within 10 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts and does not extend to damages or losses due to the use, inability to use or failure to follow specific instructions in use of any of our products.


If for some reason you are not satisfied, or your order has been handled incorrectly, we stand by our guarantee. All returns must be issued a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Call our Customer Service Department for authorization and return instructions.

When orders have been correctly filled, and unless defective material is involved, RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE.

Defective Items

Items defective in manufacturing will be replaced without charge. Items found defective in manufacturing are required to have a RGA number issued when returned to SupplyWorks. Some defective items may be subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranties, and will not be replaced by SupplyWorks. Please contact Customer Service for information on contacting the manufacturer.

New Customers

Credit may be established, subject to approval, by completing our standard credit application available from our customer service department or upon log-in from the account tab. All other orders may be shipped COD or on a payment-in-advance basis.

Please allow extra time for a credit review. If mailing or faxing your order, please include credit information. Online credit application is.
